Publishing Schedule: 1st of each month.
Ad Closing Date: 15th of each month.
(You must notify us with your added commitment by the 10th of each month. Ads must be in no later than the 15th.)
Mechanical Requirements: All ad materials should be submitted in digital format.
Preferred Formats: Adobe Acrobat PDF (please embed all fonts, make sure linked photos/illustrations are saved as CMYK).
Accepted Formats: Photoshop, TIFF, EPS, or JPEG saved at a minimum 300 dpi resolution at actual size.
Images: All images must be at least 300 pixels per inch at the actual size used in layout with CMYK profile. All other files will be converted to CMYK.
